Intelligent Empowerment
Empowering users by giving them control over their own data and enticing them with rewards have the potential to disrupt Web2 marketing. To implement the concept with flexibility, Nplifier defines the following entities and corresponding behaviors:
Persona: A user’s persona is a selective combination of their identities and the credentials accumulated with this identity on Web3 and Web2 applications. In Nplifier, users can construct personas to complete challenges and earn more credentials and rewards.
Club: Clubs in Nplifier are brands or autonomous organizations with core DAO (Decentralized autonomous organization) functions. Specifically, club members can propose joint projects with budgets, discuss projects in a forum, vote for projects or petitions for brands to offer certain products or services, and monitor or contribute to projects. A club can be public (open to all qualified users) or private (open only to select members). Each club has a membership campaign with challenge(s) to qualify users for entry. This ensures that only users with appropriate credentials can join the club. For example, for a private NFT club, only current owners of the NFT collection with invitations can join.
Campaign: In Nplifier, campaigns are core for empowerment. A club can run multiple campaigns, each with its own qualifications, to ensure only users with qualifying credentials (known as the campaign target audience) can claim campaign rewards. Nplifier provides campaign organizers with parameters to configure campaigns’ behaviors: number of participants, number of rewards, period for claiming passports, period for reward redemption, and so on. A qualified user can claim a passport and redeem it for the campaign reward. Nplifier provides campaign organizers with two different ways to verify passports: the Passport Verification API for online campaigns and the Passport Verifier App for offline campaigns. With the Passport Verification API, third party services can host their own reward redemption apps which collect passport(s) (redemption code strings) from users and verify passport(s) using our Passport Verification API. For valid passport(s), the third-party service can provide reward(s) to the users, which could take the form of an NFT, crypto tokens, a powerful in-game weapon, a discount or free item in an online shopping cart, reward points from the third-party service, or other digital rewards. For offline campaigns, a reward could be an event or concert ticket, a sample, a meal, or other physical access or objects. In this case, a passport QR code is sent to a qualified user’s email, and campaign organizers can use the Passport Verifier App to scan the code to ensure validity.
Qualification: A qualification is a Boolean logical expression which consists of a set of challenges and defines how to evaluate the challenge set to determine whether a user’s credentials satisfy the qualification requirements. To address the diversity of campaign participants, Nplifier allows a campaign to have multiple qualification requirements to define varied target audience groups. Qualifying users will be alerted based on their consent settings and can decide whether they want to participate in the campaign. This shift from a push-based advertisement model to a user pull model will have profound implications for next-gen marketing.
Passport: A passport is a flexible reward voucher for campaign participants that creates an abstract layer for both digital and physical rewards. Nplifier's Passport Verifier App dynamically verifies credentials to prevent fraud. It also provides flexibility for participants to redeem rewards or monetize them by exchanging passports for NPLF tokens or other currencies. The use of passports as tickets in NFT empowerment scenarios ensures validity and prevents cheating.

Nplifier empowers brands and potential customers to participate in campaigns and exchange rewards through a three-part process (see above Figure):
A brand creates a campaign with rewards and defines the qualifications for customers to claim passports.
Nplifier matches qualified potential customers with the campaign using real data.
Potential customers who fulfill campaign qualifications claim passports for reward exchange.
The success of the Nplifier empowerment process depends on the ease of campaign creation and the performance of customer matching. Therefore, Nplifier will use analytics and Generative AI to implement the following two functions:
Persona and Credential Matching: Nplifier will analyze customers’ public personas and recommend users to campaigns that match their credentials. Users who choose to keep their credentials private can search and find campaigns that match their interests.
Smart Campaign Management: Nplifier will analyze high-performing campaigns and use Generative AI to help create effective campaigns.
